Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. You can also check the order status under My Orders.
In rare cases, due to technical issues, the order may fail even after successful payment. The deducted amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Before dispatch: Yes, orders can be cancelled. Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
- After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible. You may refuse the delivery, and the refund will be initiated once the order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Currently, self-cancellation is not available. Please contact customer support for assistance.
FAQs - Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. In case of inventory or technical issues, dispatch may take up to 3–5 working days.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS. You can also track it under My Orders.
- Unfulfilled: Order placed but not yet dispatched
- In Transit: Order has been shipped
- Out for Delivery: Delivery attempt will be made the same day (7 AM–11 PM)
- Delivered: Order successfully delivered
- RTO: Order returned to origin due to delivery failure.
Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update so we can investigate with the courier partner.
A re-attempt will be made within 2 working days. Please ensure your contact details are reachable.
- Contact number: Can be updated by contacting customer support.
- Address/Name: Cannot be changed after order placement. The order may need to be cancelled and reordered.
Courier allocation is based on pincode serviceability. Express or scheduled deliveries are currently not available.
No, we currently deliver only within India.
FAQs - Partial, Missing & Incorrect Orders
Items from the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability. Remaining items will be delivered shortly or refunded if unavailable.
Please email customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product. After verification, we will arrange a refund or reshipment.

FAQs - Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns or replacements are applicable only in case of:
- Damaged or leaked
products - Wrong or missing items
- Used or expired product
- Products with more than 4 months remaining shelf life are not eligible for return or refund.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 8–10 working days to the original payment method. If the amount is not credited within this period, please contact customer support.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated once the order reaches our warehouse. COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
FAQs - COD & Payment Issues
COD availability depends on pincode serviceability.
COD may be temporarily disabled due to multiple cancellations or returns.

Faces Canada or it's partners will never ask for OTPs or payment details. Please report such incidents to customer support.

FAQs - Others – Common Issues & Clarifications
Some offers, such as Buy 2 Get 1, cannot be combined with coupon codes. When a coupon is applied, the existing offer may be removed and replaced with the coupon discount, which can change the final payable amount. The updated total reflects the correct promotion applied to your order.
Please note that we never ask for sensitive or financial information over calls, emails, or messages. If you receive such a call, it may be fraudulent. Do not share any personal details and report the incident to our customer support team immediately. Your safety and data security are our top priorities.
