• Only images/videos with lipsticks other than Faces Canada will be accepted. The image/video must not show any Faces Canada product. Such entries would be considered ineligible for the offer.
• The offer is only applicable on Faces Canada Comfy Matte Trash 1 Get 1 campaign. No other products are eligible for Trash 1 Get 1 offer.
• The Trash 1 Get 1 offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount.
• Your entry is eligible only if you follow @facescanada on Instagram and do not unfollow it after your entry.
• The offer is valid from 20th February, 2022 until the 1000 comfy matte lip color stocks last. Any entry after stocks end will not be considered.
• Entries without all the required participant data will not be considered. If any field marked (*) is not filled up, the entry will not proceed to the next step.
• If the address, phone number, or IG details shared are incorrect or have typos, the entry will not be considered.
• Address, phone number, and Instagram details once submitted cannot be changed. Make sure to type the correct details before submitting the entry.
• Your order is only eligible for one free comfy matte per entry (regardless of the number of lipsticks you trash.
• Multiple entries are ineligible for the free product.
• The products in Trash 1 Get 1 offer aren’t eligible for refund or replacement.
• The product shades for the rash 1 Get 1 offer will be chosen randomly. If you get a shade that you don’t like, it will not be eligible for exchange.
• The image/video you upload should be in line with the demo shown on our page to be eligible for the free comfy matte lip colour. (link to the gif/demo image/video)
• The image/video you upload shouldn't exceed the size of 2 MB and must only be in mp4 format to be eligible for free product.
• If the option to 'claim free lipstick' doesn't appear/work, try uploading your image/video again, check the image/video format and size, and check your internet connection/speed.
• The image/video should not include any action other than trashing old liquid lipstick of brands other than Faces Canada.
• The image/video must not contain violence, profanity, sex or direct attacks on individuals or organizations. Any entries deemed offensive will be immediately disqualified.
• The image/video must be an original creation of the participant; no copyrighted images may be used. Any entries with any kind of copyright infringement will be immediately disqualified.
• Participants from the beta test/trial run aren't eligible for the Trash 1 Get 1 offer. Any entries made by such participants will be disqualified.
